Example 1
Good: Obtain, diagnose, and respond to specific customer issues and perceptions in order to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Bad: Take care of customer complaints.
Example 2
Good: Participate in the promotion, solicitation, and closing of sales in order to meet customer needs and increase district and corporate revenue.
Bad: Sell our products and services.
Example 3
Good: Schedule, train, and validate training of associates on all frontline operational standards in order to impact store sales.
Bad: Hold training events to help teach our employees about our operations.
