Frequency

How often do you collet information to monitor progress toward the goal?

Fairness

Is the information that will be used to measure success…

  3. Verifiable?
  4. Not subject to outside variables, influences, or contingencies?

Timing

  1. Is there a deadline for an end result?
  2. Are there milestones for reflection and evaluation?
