Application Activity: Request the same colleague you worked with in lesson 2.1-2.2 to revisit the chosen Goal or Task from the LeadershipGenius App. During your next One on One meeting with them, after they have Clarified the Problem, Generated three potential Alternatives, request the individual to explore the Pros and Cons, related to the problem within the goal or task they are working on.
