- Evaluate the Solution
Using your Feedback Skills, offer Pure and Personalized Feedback to discuss before and after implementation of the solution and the effect it has on the goal or project it is associated with. If a client is involved, be sure to solicit their feedback as well.
Application Activity: Request the same colleague you worked with in lesson 2.1-2.4 to revisit the chosen Goal or Task from the LeadershipGenius App. During your next One on One meeting with the individual, after they have Clarified the Problem, Generated three Alternatives, Examine the Pros and Cons, and Choose One Solution to implement, related to the problem within the goal or task they are working on, ask them to Evaluate the Solution before and after the attempt to implement the chosen Solution. Encourage them to ask for Feedback. If necessary, use your Feedback and Listening skills to attend to and ask more clarifying and open-ended questions or give them Pure or Personalized Feedback regarding the Pros and Cons they have identified.
