Purpose

The objective of the LeadershipGenius Problem Solving course is to support the Performance Management and Leadership Development of an organization by facilitating individuals through a scientific method of solving critical work related problems or challenges that threaten to disrupt advancing individual and team goals. Through this course, leaders and individuals will:

 

  • Advance critical performance goals through a collaborative process between leaders and key project stakeholders
  • Learn how to build trust and empowerment while engaging individual contributors through a proven behavioral scientific problem solving process
  • Understand the difference between solving others problems and facilitating others to solve their own challenges and problems related to the goals they are attempting to achieve
  • Increase empowerment, competence, motivation, and confidence in advancing individual and team goals
  • Understand how to use Facilitating Problem Solving as a critical Supportive Leadership behavior
  • Create a culture of Problem Solvers; rather than Problem Spotters.
  • Encourage and Inspire Individuals toward higher levels of personal and organizational excellence
