Application Activity: Request the same colleague you worked with in lesson 2.1-2.3 to revisit the chosen Goal or Task from the LeadershipGenius App. During your next One on One meeting with the individual, after they have Clarified the Problem, Generated three Alternatives, Examine the Pros and Cons, related to the problem within the goal or task they are working on, ask them to Choose One Solution to implement. Encourage them to ask for Feedback. If necessary, use your Feedback and Listening skills to attend to and ask more clarifying and open-ended questions or give them Pure or Personalized Feedback regarding the Pros and Cons they have identified.
