LeadershipGenius Feedback Learning Objectives

PURPOSE

The objective of the LeadershipGenius Feedback course is to support the Performance Management process by offering Pure and Personal feedback to individuals as it relates to agreed upon performance outcomes through a collaborative conversation between managers and employees. Participants will:

  • Learn how to build trust and engage individuals through a scientific behavioral process
  • Understand how providing effective feedback supports desired outcomes
  • Increase competence, motivation, and confidence toward common goals
  • Understand how feedback can be used as a flexible leadership behavior
  • Encourage and Inspire individuals toward higher levels of personal and organizational performance excellence
